Just wanted to let everyone know about this really exciting upcoming event for Beverly Bootstraps. Beverly Bootstraps is an outstanding food pantry and community outreach organization that services Beverly and Manchester residents. So…a great cause and a great event!
This is such a unique idea for a fundraiser- four fantastic Beverly chefs from Tryst, Brendan Crocker’s Wild Horse Cafe, Chianti and Harry’s 240 will compete in a Best Chef Competition. The rules of the competition are that the chefs must first shop at the Beverly Bootstraps food pantry and that their dishes must be made from at least 75% Bootstrap’s ingredients. There will be a cocktail competition as well that will be sponsored by Stoli. TV Diner’s Billy Costa will be the MC! This is going to be so much fun. I hope that everyone will be able to make it. Come on- it’s a Monday night in February- what else could you possibly be doing! More info to follow later.
Also, just wanted to let you know that due to a Friday exam, we will be postponing our dinner until Sunday night- I know, where are our priorities? Hopefully, I’ll get it written up by Monday. Thanks for reading!
